Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition to join their team. As a HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition
**Location:** Athol, MA
**Pay Range:** $36–$41 per hour
**Schedule:** Onsite Mon-Fri, **8:30 AM – 5:00 PM** for the first **3 months** . After the initial training period, the position transitions to a **hybrid schedule** .
