HR Generalist & People Ops Lead (Middle East)

Smiths Group is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support all HR functions across the Middle East region. The role partners with the HR Manager to drive talent initiatives, support employee relations, and ensure smooth HR operations aligned with local regulations and global standards.

The candidate will assist in recruitment onboarding payroll inputs and HRIS accuracy (SAP), coordinate performance management, and promote a high-performance culture across diverse markets.
