HR Generalist: Nurse Recruitment & Employee Experience

Thomson Medical is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join the Human Resource team in Singapore. You will execute the full range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, aligned with the organization's goals.

In this 10-month fixed-term role, you will collaborate with BU leaders, support budgeting, advise on HR policies, and ensure statutory compliance. Experience in nursing recruitment and strong MS Office skills are required.
