Purpose of the Role Our client is seeking a senior, highly motivated HR Generalist with a strong ER/IR skillset to take ownership of workplace harmony, dispute mitigation, and legal compliance across a unionised manufacturing facility in Ireland alongside a multi-jurisdictional global workforce. This specialised position focuses heavily on nurturing stable relationships with trade unions, navigating complex employment law frameworks, and protecting the organization from legal and reputational risks. The successful candidate will act as the principal advisor to the business on all collective bargaining matters, internal investigations, and legislative adherence.
