Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth assimilation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking.
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees onsite and in production facilities.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote healthy workplace relations.
- Implement engagement initiatives aligned with SIPI’s values and goals.
- Support execution of performance appraisal processes.
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and monitoring development plans.
- Track performance documentation and ensure timely evaluations.
