• Executing end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job description preparation, identifying suitable recruitment channels, sourcing, shortlisting applications, coordinating interviews, and issuing employment offers.

Onboarding

• Initiating system onboarding process per company requirements, ensuring new employees’ assets are in place prior to onboarding.
• Conducting in‑house induction program for new employees and tracking employment confirmation process.

Offboarding

• Initiating system offboarding process per company requirements and ensuring asset clearance for departing employees.
