HR Generalist

HR Generalist Location: Cali, Colombia Work Modality: 100% On-site We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team and manage and execute key employee lifecycle processes, from talent acquisition through offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.

This role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities, partnering with leaders and employees, driving culture, well-being, and organizational development initiatives, and ensuring the effective administration of HR processes while delivering solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across multiple business areas.

Develop and update job descriptions, job postings, and talent attraction strategies.

Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers.
