An established company in the construction industry is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a 4-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a hands-on role supporting the HR Manager across all aspects of HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
 
If you have solid HR Generalist experience, excellent IR knowledge, and are confident working on Sage 300 People, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to the HR Manager.


• Manage HR administration across multiple sites and departments.


• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, letters, and HR correspondence.


• Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, exits, and contract administration.
