HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to support recruiting and employee-facing human resources activities for an engineering environment in Arcadia, Wisconsin. This is a Contract position focused on attracting skilled hourly talent, coordinating hiring activities, and providing day-to-day HR support across onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a practical approach to recruitment and HR administration, along with the ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and employees in a fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end hiring efforts for skilled trades and production roles, from opening requisitions through offer coordination.
