• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment coordination and HR operations, preferably in a regional or multi-country setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
