Are you a versatile professional with a strong background in both human resources and finance? We're looking for a motivated HR & Finance Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our people operations and financial management.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act (Cap. 91)
  • Handle payroll processing, leave management (annual, sick, maternity/paternity leave per MOM guidelines), and staff attendance
  • Administer CPF contributions accurately and on time
  • Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) via MOM/EP Online
