The duties of HR Expert – Industrial Relations relate to the human resource and operations functions pertaining to all associates.
Job Scope
Conduct counselling and coaching for staff pertaining to performance and disciplinary issues.
Take necessary disciplinary actions including conducting investigation, drafting warning letter conducting domestic inquiry pertaining to employees disciplinary. ...
