Job Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment of foreign workers and local employees.
- Process Work Permit (WP), S Pass, and Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
- Coordinate worker onboarding, medical appointments, cardregistration, and orientation.
- Liaise with MOM, employment agencies, dormitories, training providers, and other external parties.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Arrange safety training and monitor course records.
- Support payroll administration and general HR duties.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned bymanagement.
- GCE ‘O’ Level or above.
- Relevant HR or administrative experience is preferred (construction industry experience is an advantage).
- Familiar with MOM Work Permit procedures is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)....
