HR EXECUTIVE

HR Executive Salary :

• Oversee full cycle of recruitment process
• Handle onboarding and offboarding activities
• Processing of monthly payroll and overtime payments
• Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
• Annual filing of income tax
• File exit clearance (IR21)
• Weekly manpower update
• Maintain HRIS and proper P-files
• Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
• Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
• Liaise with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements.
• Co‑ordinate training programs and absentee payroll claims.
• Validate, record and process claims like dental, hospitalization, medical, workmen compensation, etc.
