Responsibilities: Support recruitment not limited to design & job postings, interview scheduling, interview screening, reference checks, plan & propose remuneration packages align with market trending and government guidelines. Prepare onboarding documents, coordinate onboarding, and announcements. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Manage off-boarding, including resignation letters and exit processes. Coordinate training programs, track completion, and handle funding applications. Assist in performance appraisals and employee communications. Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations.
