Core responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of Work Pass administration, including application, renewal, cancellation, transfer, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate the entire employee lifecycle for foreign workers, from recruitment, pre-arrival arrangements, onboarding, orientation, employment, to resignation or termination.
- Handle workers' home leave applications, flight arrangements, leave tracking, and related documentation.
- Coordinate mandatory training, certifications, medical examinations, and renewal of workers' safety courses.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Administer attendance, timesheets, and verify overtime records for payroll processing.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, allowances, deductions, no-pay leave, and statutory contributions. <...
