Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documents.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, employment contracts, and exit clearance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave records, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
- Administer employee leave, medical claims, and benefits in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit HR documentation required for statutory compliance, contributions and audits.
- Coordinate work pass documentation and application.
