Job Description
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain organized records of employee data, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of employee information.
- Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Process employee claims, allowances, and other benefits as per company policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in updating records and documentation.
- Assist Admin Head in vehicle fleet management, fuel record and ensure routine maintenance.
