HR Executive QSR Operations

We’re looking for an HR Executive to support smooth HR operations across hiring, onboarding, employee coordination, retention, issue resolution, HR documentation, and branch-level HR communication at Wrap Lab.
Key Responsibilities
Support hiring and candidate follow-ups Manage onboarding and joining documentation Maintain HR ERP, employee records, and HR files Track probation completion and employee updates Handle employee issues and branch-level coordination Prepare warning letters and verbal warning records Support retention through employee follow-ups Conduct branch visits and coordinate with branch teams
Requirements
2–4 years of HR operations / HR generalist experience QSR, restaurant, retail, or multi-branch experience is mandatory Comfortable dealing with a large frontline workforce Willing to travel across branches when required Strong communication and follow-up skills Good documentation and record-keeping skills Comfortable with HR ERP, Excel, and Google Sheet...
