HR Executive: Onboarding, Blue-Collar Recruitment & HRBP

NSL OILCHEM WASTE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to oversee onboarding processes and manage blue-collar recruitment. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate training, act as an HR Business Partner, and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.

Ideal candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, have 2–4 years of relevant experience, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with HRMS systems and work pass administration is preferred.
