Job Description

• Responsible for the hiring process including preparing job advertisements, checking applications, shortlisting, and facilitating the interviewing and selecting process.
• Conducting job analysis of positions requested on HRMS, detailed job description and job specification along with key performance indicators.
• Playing an active role in the employee/department workload calculations.
• Updating job descriptions of multiple departments from time to time.
• Coordinating with the creative department to design job ads, providing clear needs and writing content.
• Placing job ads on social media, Rozee, and other job portals.
• Circulating job ads via WhatsApp and other mediums for maximum reach.
