Our client, a reputable and leading international EPC company, would like to invite applicants to join their dynamic team.

Up to $4,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus. Permanent position, 5 workdays, 10 min walk from Gul MRT Station. Experience in overseas work visa, work permit processing, staff mobility, and training administration support is an advantage.

• Manage overseas work visa, work permit and entry permit applications for employees deployed to regional project sites.
• Prepare, check and submit required documents, and follow up closely on application status.
• Liaise with employees, project teams, regional offices and external agencies to ensure timely approvals.
• Track visa status, expiry dates, renewals and deployment timelines.
• Keep stakeholders updated on visa requirements, application progress and immigration changes.
