HR Director

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Director, Human Resources – CEE will partner with business leaders across the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland to deliver and execute the people agenda in alignment with NBCUniversal’s EMEA and global people priorities.

Reporting to the VP HR EMEA (London) and collaborating closely with regional and global HR partners, this role operates within a highly matrixed, internationally connected HR model. Strategic direction is set at a regional and global level (UK and US), with the HR Director responsible for translating this into clear priorities for the HR teams.

The role is part of Senior Leadership teams and leads HR teams based in Amsterdam and Germany. It requires regular travel across the region, including Munich, Amsterdam, Vienna, Zurich and London.
