Role Overview

The Head of HR Digitization leads complex change and digital transformation programs within the HR function. This role anticipates people and technology trends, including the growing impact of AI, and translates them into actionable HR strategies. It spearheads improvements in HR processes and systems to enhance both HR effectiveness and overall organizational performance.



Key Responsibilities

· Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.

· Drive the implementation and optimization of HR digitalization programs; explore and integrate AI-powered solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.

· Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify market trends and translate them into HR process and system enhancements.
