HR Digital Workday HCM & Recruiting Analyst

Position Summary

As a Workday HCM & Recruiting Analyst, you will be part of Agilent’s Global HR Digital Team within HR Shared Services, supporting our Workday platform across 30+ countries. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders and cross‑functional teams (HRBPs, COEs, IT, Payroll, and regional HR teams) to design, configure, and continuously improve Workday with a strong focus on Recruiting and the broader Talent Acquisition experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and administer Workday Recruiting in a global environment, aligning with Core HCM foundations and upstream/downstream impacts.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition COE counterparts to analyze requirements, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve recruiter efficiency, hiring manager experience, and candidate experience across the Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
