Summary

/Objective:The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administration that will support recruiting, company culture, and communications for the business.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the associate recognition program, monitor and restock supplies, and track usage.
  • Create and update associate security badges when necessary.
  • Work with outside vendors to setup events inside Samtec (Blood Donations, Samtec Bizarre, Book fairs,
  • Distribute birthday and anniversary announcements to all associates.
  • Process all letters and passports for associates visiting other Samtec locations.
  • Administer Education Assistance Program, enrollment, audit invoices, and monitor grades.
  • Assist in orientation training of new associates.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
