HR Coordinator: Workday, Payroll & Global Compliance

CAE is seeking an HR professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources to manage employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and knowledge of HRIS systems like Workday.

This position will be based in Dubai, where the individual will support recruitment processes, coordinate employee benefits, and enhance HR operational efficiency.
