HR Coordinator/Nurse

Medical and Wellness Support:

• Provide primary health care services to employees and guests; assess and treat minor injuries/illnesses.
• Monitor and manage employee sick leaves and medical conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the clinic.
• Ensure medical equipment is well-maintained and operational.
• Coordinate referrals with the retainer doctor or hospital in serious cases.
• Plan and implement wellness programs (vaccinations, seminars, fitness campaigns).
• Educate staff on health, hygiene, mental wellness, and disease prevention.
• Support employee mental health initiatives in collaboration with HR and external providers.

HR Administrative Functions:
