What we are looking for:

Here at Escape Velocity, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources team. This role will be working in partnership with the Director of HR & Leadership, and will provide administrative support to our team.

You will help organize our HR department, keep processes running smoothly, and build rapport with employees. In this role, main areas of focus will be onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll processing, reporting, day-to-day employee inquiries, and supporting employee initiatives. This person will work collaboratively to review and continually improve the employee experience.
