Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver front-line HR support to employees
• Process HR data efficiently across systems, including Workday
• Administer HR programs with a focus on the employee experience
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Analyze HR workflows and propose improvements
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of HR administrative experience
• Knowledge of HR processes and local employment law
• Experience using automated HR systems preferred
