Position Overview: The HR Consultant is a strategic partner and primary point of contact for client companies, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance. The HR consultant ensures clients comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, fosters strong relationships, and delivers customized HR solutions that drive client retention and growth.
