Duties and Responsibilities
- Labour Management and Recruitment Support
- Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage databases, and prepare HR documents
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Employee Relations: Handle inquiries, support conflict resolution, foster workplace culture
- Training & Development: Coordinate programs, track progress, support performance management
- Benefits Administration: Assist with enrolment, updates, and employee queries
- Health & Safety: Collaborate to promote safety and well-being culture
