Five years of HR experience and bilingual communication are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and address client group HR needs
• Work proactively with leadership on operational strategies
• Provide comprehensive guidance on HR issues
• Build effective relationships with union leadership
• Develop positive labor relations and employee engagement
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HR, with a focus on Business Partnering
