Premier Medical Resources is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team!

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

SUMMARY: The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing both strategic and tactical human resources support to drive organizational performance and employee engagement. This role partners with leaders and employees to deliver solutions in employee relations, performance management, policy compliance, and leave administration. The HR Business Partner ensures all practices align with company values and comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and related regulations.
