Senior HR Business Partner Organization: Talent Acquisition Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: Core missions in the HRBP perimeter Gives support & coaches managers on HR related topics Works closely on a day-to-day basis with managers Advises, coaches and orientates managers on HR aspects of their role Contributes to the operational results of the Site Is the HR representative for all internal stakeholders Contributes to the respect of the rules by the employees, particularly in terms of safety;
participates & contributes to the Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the Site Policy Manages in quantity & quality the permanent & temporary headcounts;
