The role involves driving HR initiatives across talent acquisition, operations, employee engagement and performance management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

1. Talent Acquisition (TA) Management

• Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team and hiring strategy

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior to mid-senior roles)

• Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and budgets
