Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing tailored HR solutions that support organizational growth.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates.
- PEO/EOR Management: Manage and optimize relationships with external PEO/EOR providers to ensure seamless employment services for remote or international teams. This includes compliance, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and other HR services offered through the PEO/EOR model.
