Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Business Partnering and Workforce Planning

• Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into practical people plans and HR interventions.
• Provide strategic and operational HR support to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained.
• Support workforce planning, organization design, and staffing decisions aligned with business strategy.
• Monitor HR trends, risks, and employee concerns, and recommend practical solutions to management.

2. Talent Acquisition and Development

• Collaborate with Recruitment to ensure timely and quality hiring of talent.
• Partner with Learning and Development or HR Training teams to identify capability gaps and support relevant development programs.
