HR Business Partner (Laguna / Bulacan)

Job Description

• Partner with business leaders on people initiatives to support the organization’s growth and sustainability.
• Collaborate with various HR and business teams to implement policies, processes, and problem‑solve on people matters.
• Advise on workforce planning, identify and address talent gaps, and develop strategies to meet the business needs through recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
• Lead performance management initiatives and work with reporting managers to improve employee productivity and address performance gaps.
• Work with different levels of employees to solve conflicts, facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and manage unwanted attrition.
• Lead change‑management efforts to ensure seamless transitions on organizational changes.
• Conduct off‑site visits as needed.
