HR Business Partner – South Africa

Position Purpose

As a HR Business Partner (HRBP) within AMEA Power in South Africa you will support on the development and implementation of people initiatives for all our employees across South Africa. HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, helping the business to develop and implement HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and performance-driven culture.

This role requires excellent communication, collaborative and coordinating skills. Acts with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times and is a key source of human resource advice and support for the senior management team.
