The HRBP will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, managing the employee lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business goals.
  
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees to enhance engagement and productivity.
  
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
  

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
