HR Business Partner - Growth, Culture & People Strategy

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced HRBP to guide people strategy across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding, and partner with managers on organization design, performance, promotions, and compensation.

You will advise employees on learning and development opportunities, act as an internal communications relay to uphold culture and rules, participate in People team roadmap projects, and build data analytics to measure program impact.
