Responsibilities

• Provide senior human resource support to leaders to increase leadership and organizational effectiveness.
• Assess client needs and deliver support in the areas of organizational design, resource planning/recruitment, total compensation, performance management, conflict management, leadership coaching, leadership development, team effectiveness, and change management.
