HR Business Partner

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Business Partner to support delivery across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

This role plays an important part in delivering a consistent HR service, supporting employee relations, and maintaining standards across HR operations, systems and compliance. You will work closely with managers across the business, providing practical HR support and guidance in a fast-paced environment.

You will support day-to-day HR delivery while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring a high standard of service across your assigned areas.

Experience

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years' HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle
• Strong Employee Relations experience, including casework
• Working knowledge of employment law in Northern Ireland and/or Republic of Ireland
