HR Benefits Intern (Punto Valle, MTY)

What will you do:

• Support benefits subject matter experts across different benefits areas in Mexico and the United States during their campaigns.
• Assist with data management, document exchange between vendors and internal stakeholders within SE.
• Provide general operational support for benefits administration.
• Assist in resolving HR call center tickets and escalations.
• Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders
• Operate and administer our benefit offers
• Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of data

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, project, volunteer work, or academic experience related to Human Resources, customer service, employee support, administration, training, or process documentation.
