Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and work pass expiry dates.
- Prepare HR letters, including employment verification and confirmation letters.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, and employee information.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and insurance.
- Maintain leave and attendance records.
