Our story:

The Distefano
family, spanning two generations, started San Carlo over 30 years ago and has
seen it grow to twenty-five authentic Italian restaurants across the UK – from
Covent Garden, Piccadilly and Knightsbridge in London to Bristol, Leicester,
Liverpool, Leeds, Cheshire and Manchester, with a growing number overseas –
including Kuwait, Bangkok, Dubai and Miami, with additional restaurant openings
planned as San Carlo continues to expand globally.

You might think
we are famous for our authentic Italian food, our warm atmosphere or our
distinctive style and service and of course we are, but it’s actually the
people behind the ART of San Carlo, who work together to make each memorable
experience happen. Nothing we deliver to our guests would be possible without
our team of accomplished colleagues.
