Job Summary
We’re looking for an enthusiastic office-based HR Assistant to support our international HR and Talent Acquisition team with daily operations and HR projects across EMEA, focused on Spain.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in recruitment and onboarding processes, scheduling, document creation, and onboarding preparations.
- Act as first point of contact for candidates, shaping the candidate experience by arranging interviews and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain and update HR systems for employee information and time management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage employee files, handling contract amendments and record updates for current and former employees.
- Create essential HR documents such as employment contracts, certificates, and reports, maintaining confidentiality.
