Lead office space search, evaluation, and leasing processes, including liaison with property agents, reviewing lease terms, and managing end-to-end execution Manage daily office administration operations, including vendor management, office supplies procurement, employee welfare administration, and facilities coordination Support Employment Pass (EP) application processes and employee onboarding documentation in compliance with MOM regulations, working closely with external HR/legal advisors Maintain contract management, filing systems, and documentation records to ensure accuracy and compliance Liaise with company secretary, government agencies, banks, and external service providers as required Provide ad-hoc administrative support to management as needed Requirements
