We are seeking a versatile, hands-on HR & Admin Manager to take complete ownership of our people operations and daily workplace administration. You will work closely with senior management to drive team productivity and ensure seamless office operations. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End HR: Manage recruitment, onboarding, leave/attendance tracking, and payroll coordination. Performance Tracking: Implement and monitor clear KRAs and appraisal systems aligned with business targets. Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility upkeep, and asset inventory. Vendor Management: Handle procurement, manage vendor relationships, and optimize administrative costs. Compliance: Ensure proper employee documentation and basic statutory compliances.
